#2- Please learn how to pack To Go orders. So where do I start? #1- Please hire more people for busy shifts. Suffice to say my trunk now smelled of garlic sauce. Sure enough, my To Go order was sideways. I typically give a 20% tip but could not in good conscience give them a tip. This was around 20 minutes past my 30 minute pickup time. Finally I asked if I could cancel my order. I started to get worried as I parked in a 3 minute pickup zone. I was instructed my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I ordered takeout directly from their site. However, I am unable to remain supportive about this local restaurant’s profoundly poor takeout service. I join in that belief that delivery services offer the restaurants little to no benefit. This was aligned with their beliefs that delivery services were bad for their business. one of those times!! I was suckered into ordering To Go from this restaurant as they offered a 10% discount on pickup orders. However, on extremely rare occasions I will write a bad review so as to alert my local neighbors about something profoundly bad that may hurt them. Wow! I really prefer to only write positive reviews as you know if you read my reviews.
